The following policy applies to the enterprise software 'Cabinet':
- Personal Information - Login information and names of employees will only be accessed after obtaining consent from the company in special cases (In case of a forgotten password, etc.). Login information is encrypted on the client’s computer to facilitate our auto-login feature to remember login credentials. This feature can be disabled on request.
- Database Information - Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC has access to all database information; however, it is locked and cannot be modified by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC in any way. None of the database information and data is allowed to be disclosed to anyone without prior consent with the client company, including our own service employees. In case of a data corruption (which is rare), consent from the company will be obtained before attempting to go through the data and fix it. Alternatively, to maintain privacy, an individual / engineer from the client company may attempt to use our data files to fix this under certain conditions and instructions from an employee at Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC.
- Database backups - Backups are never accessed by us or tampered with at all. On request, this data is sent back to the client company by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC.
- Support Requests - In most cases, going through data is not required. In case an upgrade is requested, consent will be required to add additional data fields to existing data to save on our servers.
- Custom Data Imports – Initially or when importing a large number of files, a full import may be required for file data through a Microsoft excel sheet upload. With the client’s consent, Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC has the right to view and use this data ONLY for entering it into the database server for use with the Cabinet application. All other uses of this information are considered illegal.
TERMS OF USE
The following program 'Cabinet' was created by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC and is subject to copyright and regulations.
Re-distribution and attempts to de-compile the program are strictly prohibited and punishable.
TERMS OF USE:
1. BILLING - You may use this product as long as the billing contract with Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC is valid, paid for, and mutually agreed upon.
2. RIGHT TO FORBID ACCESS - Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC has the right to forbid access to adding new files to the software at any time. The data entered into the system, however, is solely OWNED BY THE CLIENT COMPANY, and will be sent back, regardless of whether access to the program is restricted or not. Data is never held from the end users under any circumstances.
3. DUPLICATION - Any identical re-use of visual features (including, but not limited to, Logos and buttons) or software features with extremely identical code are subject to copyright by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC.
4. RIGHT TO PRIVACY - All database information is stored on servers owned by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC, and is accessible by the end user using the 'Cabinet' system. Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC will NEVER view or modify your data, unless explicitly mentioned by the end user in order to fix a persisting problem.
5. RESULT OF FAILURE TO COMPLY - Failure to comply with any of the terms mentioned in this agreement may result in your data being ported off of the servers provided by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC. The data WILL NOT be deleted, but rather sent back to the client company or end user, since it is not owned by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC.
6. LATE PAYMENT - In case payment is not made on time, Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC has the right to restrict access to the 'Cabinet' software application until a payment is made. This includes not allowing additional files to be added to the database, and will only allow current files to be viewed.
7. RIGHT TO DATA INTEGRITY - ALL DATA entered into the system and stored is NOT owned by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC, and is solely the property of the client. Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC has no right to modify file data of the client without prior permission.
8. PRIVACY POLICY - For more information about storage of data, please refer to our privacy policy.
9. GENERATED FILES - ALL FILES generated by the Cabinet application and the Cabinet Installer are subject to copyright by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC, except those PREVIOUSLY claimed and credited by third party developers in creation of this product. This means that all code is copyrighted, and any additional code tampering, file tampering, and addition or removal of files to the product 'Cabinet' is illegal as per our terms of use.
10. SERVER STORAGE - NO DATA is stored locally, and by agreeing to the terms of use you provide permission for Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC to store your files on their servers.
By Agreeing to the terms of use, you state that:
1. DISMANTLING - You will not attempt to dismantle, duplicate, or re-use code used in creation of the software product 'Cabinet' by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC.
2. PAYMENT - You will provide payment to Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC to maintain access to the 'Cabinet' software.
CONCLUSION OF TERMS: Follow the payment agreement and deadlines provided by Twin Leaf Entertainment LLC, and do not attempt to dismantle the product.
REPEAT: Any misuse or attempts to decompile the product and tamper with back-end code is strictly prohibited as per our terms of use.
